Privacy Notice

Who we are

Wall Law operates this website and administers its webinars. Contact Alex Wall at [email protected] with privacy questions or requests.

Information we collect

When you register, we collect your name and email address, and any optional organization, alternate Google Meet account email, CLE jurisdictions, reason for interest, and learning goals you provide. We record email verification, your marketing preference and the notice version shown when you register. Please do not submit client information or confidential matters.

If you register through a Wall Law LinkedIn event form, we import your submitted name, email and company, and any explicit marketing preference included in the registration export. We record LinkedIn as the registration source and send webinar confirmation and reminders without requiring a second registration. LinkedIn registration does not establish attendance or independently verify ownership of the supplied email address. Optional follow-up questions help us tailor the session. LinkedIn processes information under its own privacy policy.

Hosting and security services process technical request information such as IP addresses. We use short-lived, hashed request counters to limit registration abuse. Email services process delivery information such as acceptance, delivery failures, and complaints. We do not enable email open or click tracking for webinar messages.

How we use information

We use registration details to verify your email, confirm registration, send joining instructions and reminders, tailor the webinar, answer questions, and administer requested CLE documentation. We keep registrations and optional answers as leads to understand interest in our services. Registering does not subscribe you to future marketing; that requires the separate optional checkbox. You may withdraw marketing consent without cancelling your webinar registration.

Service providers and meeting participation

Cloudflare hosts this website and the private registration database. Resend delivers webinar emails. Google Meet provides the meeting and may generate attendance reports containing participant names, account identifiers, and joining and leaving times. We use attendance evidence separately from registration when administering CLE requests. Providers may process information in the United States and other countries under their applicable terms and safeguards.

If the webinar is recorded, we will tell participants before recording starts. A recording may capture a participant's name, voice, video or contributions; keep your camera and microphone off if you do not wish to contribute to the recording. We will review any recording before making it public and avoid publishing registration lists or private attendance records.

Retention and choices

We retain information only as needed for event administration, follow-up requested by you, lead management, CLE records, and legal obligations. Retention varies with those purposes; contact us to request deletion or details about records we hold. Verification links expire after 24 hours. Hashed request counters expire within two hours and are removed by the scheduled processor.

You may request access, correction or deletion by emailing [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity and retain records required for legal or CLE purposes. Confirmation emails include controls to cancel registration or unsubscribe from future updates. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Website preferences and external links
